Connected with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop, EZ Loader TMS provides fully built-out APIs for our non-factoring customers. With a continuous sync throughout the day, EZ Loader pushes AP/AR directly into Quickbooks for payment. Quickbooks then sends back payment details to ensure all balances are closed and up to date. 

Check Management

Not all factoring or accounting softwares return payment information to the TMS. To ensure your balances are always up to date, EZ Loader provides a check upload feature for users to easily upload payments that do not sync back into the TMS. Check Management allows the TMS to provide a transparent, holistic view of your finances for detailed reporting. Not needed for Quickbooks Sync.
